Kris is the founder and president of Lonsway Consulting, LLC, an executive coaching and organizational effectiveness consulting firm founded in 2007. Kris holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois and a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University and has certifications as a Lominger VOICES® 360° Feedback Interpreter and Coach and Myers Briggs Teambuilding Consultant.

Her diverse set of clients have included large organizations such as BMO Financial Group, TCF Bank, PepsiCo, Baxter, BP, DuPont, AT&T, Wintrust Financial, CME Group, and American Family Insurance to smaller organizations such as La Grange Business Association, Elevance Renewable Sciences, Jewish Child and Family Services, InRule Technology, Soucie Horner (Interior Architecture & Design), Lynch Construction, and Illinois State Board of Education.

Kris actively contributes to her community. She currently serves as Vice President of her district’s school board and serves on several non-profit, municipal, and school district committees to improve health, economic development, and education in her region. Kris, her husband, and their two boys reside near Chicago, Illinois.
